OUR STORY

EN KOLLE SAFETY CORNER grew from a simple belief:
People should not have to learn safety only after something goes wrong.
Safety knowledge should be shared before the incident.
The movement therefore uses real workplace experiences, education, challenges, storytelling and community engagement to encourage people to recognize hazards, question unsafe decisions and take action.

OUR MISSION

To make safety knowledge more accessible and practical by creating a platform where people can:
LEARN • LEAD • PROTECT • INSPIRE
We use education, storytelling, challenges, digital content, books, resources, community engagement and professional collaboration to encourage better safety decisions.

OUR VALUES

PEOPLE FIRST
Every safety decision ultimately affects a person.
PRACTICAL LEARNING
Safety education should connect with real work.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING
Nobody ever reaches the end of their safety journey.
COURAGE TO SPEAK
People must be encouraged to raise safety concerns.
LEADERSHIP
Safety is influenced by the decisions leaders make.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We encourage responsible action and continuous improvement.
INCLUSION
Safety education should be accessible to people from different backgrounds, industries and countries.
